EEA hosts a National Boards support cohort for members pursuing their National Boards. The cohort is facilitated by OSPI-trained facilitators and is an approved cohort to apply for the OSPI Conditional Loan. Candidates who participate in a support cohort pass their National Boards the first time at a significantly higher rate than those who do not, so OSPI requires cohort participation for those who receive the Conditional Loan.
